V.V.S.B.M.Sri Educational  Institutions  was  established in 1982  in the “SRIDHAMA “ campus,  Mysuru , named  after the famous  Kannada Professor and  poet laureate  Shri.B.M.Srikantaiah. 

V.V.S.B.M.Sri Educational Institutions at Mysuru  has  completed  39 years of  service  to  mankind  in  the  field of  Education  and  has  established tremendous   growth  vertically and  horizontally.  The school has witnessed an extensive  growth  starting  from  a  single  room to an institution of  eight extensions, and owns the ‘SarthakyaBhava’ to possess  the status of  being  blessed by the Seer Sri SriSriVishweshwara  Thirtha  Padangalu  and  eminent  personalities  like  Sri.S.V.Ranganna, Sri.M.V.Seetharamaiah, Sri.H.S.Krishnaswamy  Iyengar, Sri G.
